Abstract
The objective of this study is to present the improvement method of the local-brand products evaluation system to the local government and to concerned parties as social system design, which focused on the recommendation information on local specialty products by the citizen. The paper presents the recommendation information formation process model on local specialty goods in consumer's mind, and then presents the applicability of the model to improve the local-brand products evaluation system through the case study.
