Abstract
We have studied about integrable solid-dye film lasers based on organic materials. These lasers have waveguide cavity, wide spectral coverage, and flexibility on its fabrication. A scheme of "Quasi-Mode Coupling Distributed Feedback (QMC-DFB)" was proposed and demonstrated as a suitable pumping scheme via optical fiber coupling. Previously, we have fabricated QMC-DFB laser with pen-drawing fabrication as a new fabrication technique, but the lithography with wet etchings were still needed. In this work, we fabricate the substrate with imprint, and draw the laser in the channel directly.
