10-GHz Imaging by an Electro-Optic Imaging System Based on Polarization CMOS Image Sensor

Abstract

In this study, we demonstrate an electro-optic (EO) imaging system for 10 GHz. By using an optical modulator and an optical amplifier, we generated a high-frequency optical local oscillator signal. Amplitude and phase distribution images of microwave electric fields were imaged by the proposed system.
