Abstract
A case of infantile idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis was reported. Bilateral diffuse pulmonary infiltration was seen on the chest radiograph on admission. MR imaging of the involved lungs showed scattered increased intensity on T1-weighted image and markedly low signal intensity on T2-weighted image, which were characteristic of idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis.
