The case of a 46-year-old woman with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), who initially presented with ovarian tumor, is described. She had a left salpingo-oophorectomy, partial intestinal resection, colostomy and thereafter received combination chemotherapy and radiotherapy. She is well at 14 months after surgery. The literature on ovarian involvement by lymphoma in Japan is reviewed.
