Abstract

We report a case of malignant mesothelioma with sarcomatous components of the tunica vaginalis testis in a 60-year-old man. After the first operation was performed for the tumor, the tumor recurrences were observed many times and operations were repeated. There are few reports about CT and MRI findings about malignant mesothelioma of the tunica vaginalis testis. We show the CT and MRI images of the tumor we experienced.
