Abstract
A 36-years-old woman was referred to our hospital because of anorexia, vomiting and jaundice. She was diagnosed as cholangitis due to CBD stone. In addition, CT and MRCP showed multilocular cystic mass with solid part in the left lobe of the liver. After the antibacterial therapy and EST, the solid part of the mass remained whereas the cystic part disappeared. Left lobectomy of the liver was performed and the pathological diagnosis of the mass was xanthogranulomatous cholangitis.
