Abstract
Retroperitoneal epidermoid cysts except presacral region are rare. We have experienced a case of 51-year-old man with an asymptomatic cyst. Ultrasonography findings were the cyst including solid part. But, we found almost only cystic component at CT and MRI. When we found this discrepancy between US and CT/MRI findings, epidermoid cyst should be considered as a possibility.
