N2 - A multifunctional envelope-type nano device (MEND) is an extremely efficient technology for a non-viral gene delivery system. However, the construction processes of the MEND by the existing method are very complicated. Therefore we develop a new method to construct it quickly and easily in the previous work. In this work, we report a new on-chip construction method of the MEND which is much more suitable for the gene therapy.
