Abstract

Δ6-Tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ6-THC, 1) was converted mainly to 1 2'-O- β-D-glucopyranoside (2) using tissue segments of Pinellia ternata tubers. In time-course experiments, 1 was absorbed rapidly by the tissues and glucosylated.
