Abstract
Nafion membranes are used in this study as stationary phases to deposit porphyrins on an ITO electrode. The resultant Nafion-porphyrin membranes are stable and do not peel off from the ITO electrode. Resultant electrodes generate photocurrent waves in response to visible light irradiation. Their quantum yields are affected markedly by membrane thickness and surface concentrations of the porphyrin-in-Nafion membranes.
