N2 - An application of Hadamard transform method to laser-induced fluorescence spectroscopy (LIF) is proposed, in order to improve spatial resolution, signal-to-noise ratio, and experimental efficiency. The new method allows for measurement of spatial structure of ion flow and/or temperature efficiently with single detector by changing Hadamard mask configurations.
