    Abstract

In this study, a new blue thermally activated delayed fluorescence emitter based on isonicotinonitrile has been designed and synthesized. Organic light-emitting diodes that employed the isonicotinonitrile-based emitter exhibited bright blue electroluminescence (EL) emission with a maximum EL quantum efficiency of 12.8%.
