Abstract

We reported a case of a giant ovarian tumor weighing 30 kg removed successfully. Anesthesia was induced with the patient in the lateral decubitus, and the surgery was started with this position. While the tumor was abraded, hemodynamics was almost stable. The patient recovered without any postoperative complications. Anesthetic management for cases of a giant ovarian tumor is discussed.
