N2 - We propose on-chip sorting system based on the mechanical characteristics of spheroids using a robot-integrated microfluidic chip. We constructed the sorting system consisting of motor pumps for flow control and piezoelectric actuators for measurement. We evaluated the processing time taken from detection of a target to sorting of it by using polystyrene beads and confirmed that the overall process was conducted in less than five minutes.
