N2 - Nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots synthesized by onepot, microwave-assisted pyrolysis of citric acid in the presence of a small number of N-doping precursors, 1, 2-ethylenediamine, were found to be involved in the chemically initiated electron exchange luminescence enabling peroxyoxalate chemiluminescence assay of hydrogen peroxide in the concentration range of 101000 μM.
