Abstract

We present a dxy scenario of high-Tc superconductivity due to the nearest neighbor repulsion between Cu- and O- sites (Upd) on the basis of the two-dimensional d-p model using a renormalized perturbation of the Fermi liquid. Following this scenario, the doping dependence of the electronic state and the superconducting transition temperature Tc is naturally understood.
