Abstract

A specific chiral selective chemical reaction on flavinwrapped single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) is recognized based on a unique assembled structure formation of the flavin when using a chlorinated solvent such as chloroform; namely, the self-assembled flavin onto the SWNT surface protected (8,6)SWNTs from the chlorine radical reaction.
