Abstract
This paper describes the computer code which was developed for analyzing the data of field tracer test. The model of ground water flow and solute transport is solved numerically by the code. In the model, both longitudinal and transverse dispersivities are considered in order to evaluate ground water velocity field in the wide-range of natural flow conditions. Finite difference algorithm in the curvilinear coordinate system was used as solving technique for reducing numerical error. The code was verified through comparison with analytical solution which is obtained on the assumption that transverse dispersivity is not considered. Dimensionless dispersivities were estimated by applying this code to the actual tracer test data performed on the Hanford Site. The estimated values were in good agreement with results of Gelhar's analysis by using analytical solution.
