Conductance peaking in quasi-equilibrium ferroelectrics

Abstract

We have investigated whether the conductivity peaking reported previously reported by us is due to the real conductance or the external current such as the domain motion. Our results show that the peak is due to the real conductance and is dominated by the quasi-equilibrium carrier conduction.
