Configuration and control method of bi-directional multiport converter for DC power supply system

Abstract

This paper propose bi-directional multiport converter as one of the DC power supply system suitable for renewable energy. The seamless power transmission within a certain voltage range can be realized by using bi-directional multiport converter. Moreover, a circuit configuration and control method of bi-directional multiport converter are included. The effectiveness of the proposed converter and control method has been investigated analytically by simulation and experiment on power transmission.
