    Abstract

We report superconducting properties at a low angle grain boundary (GB) with a tilt angle of 5° for ErBa2Cu3Oy (Er123) films with various oxygen contents (y) and impurity-doping levels of strontium (Sr). A drastic change in critical temperatures was not observed between the films with and without a minute doping of Sr. However, the magnetic field dependence of critical current density (Jc) at GB and current density-voltage curves at GB for the Sr-doped Er123 film with a slightly carrier-overdoped state revealed that the effects of a minute Sr-doping showed good similarity to a case of the heavy Ca-doping into Y123 films. This probably means that electronic and/or crystallographic structures at GB of Er123 bicrystals were drastically changed by the Sr-doping.
