Designing and development of waveguided QPM-SHG PPLN chip with integrated EO modulator

Abstract

A novel type of waveguided QPM-SHG device with output EO modulator was proposed and demonstrated. The SHG output could be modulated and high extinction ratio could be expected with double phase shifter.
