This paper describes development of flexible mold system utilizing a Si rubber plate. In this system, surfaces with arbitrary curvatures can be fabricated by controlling the pressure on a plate. Relationship between the pressure and radius of curvature of the plate is investigated with numerical calculation (FEM) considering hyperelasticity of the Si rubber plate. By applying this flexible mold system, lenses with arbitrary curvatures would be fabricated.
