Abstract

The most important issue in the radiological diagnosis of adrenal lesions is the diagnosis of adrenal adenomas, which is the most common adrenal tumor. In this review article, the state-of-the-art CT/MR techniques for diagnosing adrenal adenomas are discussed, along with their technical problems and limitations. Also presented are an issue of preclinical Cushing syndrome and other rare tumorous conditions that should be differentiated from adrenal adenomas.
