Dimmable Optical OFDM Based on Discrete Hartley Transform for Indoor Visible Light Illumination and Communication

Abstract

The limited modulation bandwidth of incoherent LED light source is one bottleneck of application for indoor visible light communication. In this paper, a novel spectral and energy efficient optical OFDM scheme based on discrete Hartley transform is proposed.
