Abstract

In this report, we present a high linearity, low flicker noise and high gain down conversion mixer at 5.2GHz band in 18um CMOS process. The presented mixer was designed Gilbert cell topology using tuned inductors and dynamic current injection to reduce the flicker noise. The DS method was used to further improve the linearity of the mixer without affecting other parameters such as gain, flicker noise and power consumption.
