    Abstract

    One of two chymotryptic troponin T subfragments, troponin T2, reconstituted approximately one third of the Ca2+ sensitizing action of the original troponin T on the superprecipitation of actomyosin in the presence of tropomyosin and troponin I-C complex, whereas the other subfragment, troponin T1 did not.
