Abstract

The lithium ion selectivity of the dibenzo-14-crown-4 (DB14C4) liquid-membrane electrode increases with the concentration of DB14C4 om the membrane. The lithium ion selectivity was enhanced by an addition of organophosphorus compounds such as trioctyl phosphine oxide.
