Abstract

The kinetics of adsorption is discussed from measurements of electrical resistivity changes on admission of hydrogen gas at various pressures. Similar experiments were carried out for titanium evaporated films. Kinetic parameters of adsorption are derived from the time response of the resistivity change and are compared with parameters derived from thermodynamic estimations.
