Abstract
The use of laterally coupled quantum double vertical dots to investigate the electron-orbital and electron-spin effects of the tunable tunnel-coupling gate on the size of the honeycomb vertices was described. The orbital angular momenta of eigenstates at the dot Fermi surfaces was determined by applying magnetic field perpendicular to the dot planes. It was observed that the structure of the honeycomb stability diagram was statistically separated in two regimes, which was depended on the Coulomb correlation. It was also observed that spin-paired states of the dot exhibited correlated anticrossings and the anticrossing gap size was depended on the angular momenta.
