Engineering management framework to achieve a safety of service of an organization on the basis of acceptance by a society

Abstract

In this paper we aims at a management framework of an organization in order to achieve its safety in a limited case for a system involving the organization of service, its users and a surrounding society. The proposed framework is supposed to allow safety managers in applicable organization to specify tasks of safety measures based on concepts of "a study of safety". In the beginning we discuss definitions of safety and acceptance, which will be targets of safety managements. Next, problems, which are involved in hierarchies of components in the system for the safety of the service, are arranged. We then propose the following details of the management framework to achieve the safety of the service of the organization on the basis of an acceptance by the surrounding society. Applications of the components in the proposed framework are demonstrated. The shown application can visualize the way of specification of the proposed concept in a target system.
