External force responsible Nanogels for microchip electrophoresis of DNA

Abstract

This paper describes a novel DNA separation matrix, nanogels, for microchip electrophoresis of DNA. This small (~30 nm in diameter) but multi-functional nanogels enabled easy loading into microchannels and provided excellent resolutions especially in the relatively small DNA fragments.
