Abstract

In this paper, we constituted 2-pole coplanar waveguide (CPW) bandpass filter (BPF) using Y-Ba-Cu-O (YBCO) high temperature superconducting (HTS) film fabricated by the sol-gel process. In the excitation sections, interdigital structure was adopted in order to realize a fully 2-dimensional series capacitance. Our YBCO BPF may have the best RF-properties in the HTS BPFs using the sol-gel films.
