Field electron emission from carbon black prepared by inkjet printing

Abstract

In this paper, we report on the results of feasibility study of the field electron emission from the carbon black ink patterned on Si substrate by inkjet printing. We used the black ink which contains carbon particles for this preliminary experimental study.
