    Abstract

Shortened single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) were dissolved in an aqueous micellar solution of a ferrocene-carrying surfactant. Thin-film formation from an aqueous solution of the SWNTs could then be monitored by using an electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance.
