    Abstract

    Full fabrication process of An AM-OLED pixel with solution processed organic TFTs composed of metal-complex tetrabenzoporphyrin as an active layer and polystyrene as a passivation layer was presented. The TFTs were isolated using an RIE process and miniaturized for implementation into a pixel size of 100 μm × 300 μm.
