N2 - we have researched on THz-pulse wave generation by an ultra-fast photodiode for a future ultra-fast wireless communication. We have previously generated and measured a 400-GHz repetition optical pulse train as a source of the THz-pulse wave. In this paper, we demonstrate the generation of THz-pulse wave by photoelectric conversion from the optical pulse train.
