Glycodendrimer via a click chemistry and nano-structure

Abstract

Saccharides on the cell surfaces play important roles in the living systems. The protein -saccharide interaction is usually weak, but amplified by the glyco-cluster effect. Here we report the synthesis and the properties of novel glyco-cluster of glyco-dendrimer. The glyco-dendrimer was synthesized by a facile "Click ckemstry", and have the defined nano-structure. The biological abilities and the nano-structure analysis is reported.
