Abstract

The aim of this paper is to investigate the dynamics of a restricted three-body problem governed by two types of forces: gravity force and Coulomb force. The electrostatic charging and hence the Coulomb force is introduced in order to change the relative position by positive control of the charge amount without using fuel expenditure.
