In recent years, with the growing interest in energy conservation and the rapid development of IoT, energy harvesting (EH) technology, which collects energy ubiquitous in the surrounding environment and uses it as a power source, has been attracting attention. In EH, since the energy collected is weak, it needs to be amplified, which leads to the problem of low efficiency. In addition, it is necessary to generate the DC voltage required to drive communication modules such as BLE from low input power. In this study, we developed a voltage booster and rectifier circuit that generates the DC voltage necessary to drive a communication module (BLE: Bluetooth Low Energy) using weak electromagnetic waves used for wireless communication (902 MHz band) as an energy source. The unit of the proposed rectifier circuit is composed of the diodes and capacitors. To enhance the output DC voltage, each unit is cascade connection. By integrating the proposed circuit with an antenna, we succeeded in driving the BLE continuously.
