Abstract
We report a highly efficient solution-processed blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diode (OLED) with maximum external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 20.9% and the maximum power efficiency of 40 Im/W. Our results show that solution-processed OLEDs can achieve high efficiency close to the theoretical limit.
