Abstract

A MAb-4A4 against Δ ¹-THCA having wide cross-reactivities only limited to cannabinoids was obtained. We established a competitive ELISA using MAb- 4A4 for the judgement of marijuana samples. Newly established method distinguishes marijuana samples from the other plant samples resulting in a rapid, sensitive and reproducible methodology in the field of forensic science.
