Lasing from Printable Organic-Inorganic Microdisk Cavity with Mixed Doping of Laser Dye and ZnO

Abstract

We have experimentally demonstrated a fabrication and WGM lasing of organic-inorganic microdisk mixed with laser dye and ZnO by the ink-jet printing without co-doping binding polymer for cavity host. This is the first demonstration of binder-free organic-inorganic hybrid microdisk lasers.
