Solid-state DFB dye laser for integration with microflow channel was studied. Though a p(TFEMA:MMA) copolymer matrix was investigated as a mountable matrix for PDMS surface in previous study, however, the obtained laser durability was poor. In this study, new copolymer of p(TMSPMA:MMA) was investigated and better adhesive on both surface of PDMS and PMMA was obtained for Pyrromethene567 doped p(TMSPMA:MMA) with TMSPMA concentration of 60%. The distributed feedback structure can be recorded in similar scheme to PMMA matrix. Furthermore, the long durability of laser operation was also attained.
