Abstract

Two types of fabrication approach; that are micro-sided-dispensing and inkjet method were studied. The micro-dispensing are suitable for laser waveguide and relative thick waveguide such as 10gm. The inkjet are suitable for organic the thin (〜100nm) disks. As an application, the DFB lasers printed on a plastic optical fiber were demonstrated as a bending and twisting sensor. Furthermore, spectroscopic photodiodes are also demonstrated and the J-aggregation control was studied.
