Abstract

Microchip electrophoretic mobility shift assay (μEMSA) has been developed for DNA-protein interaction study, and finally, we succeed in detecting the interaction of DNA and Nuclear Factor κB (NFκB) within only 200 s. Since the method provides quantitative data simultaneously, kinetics data analysis of DNA-protein interaction was also conducted.
