Abstract

Kinetic parameters of DNA digestions by EcoRV such as binding and dissociation rate constants of enzymes to DNA (kon and k off) and the site-specific cleavage reaction (kcat) could be obtained using a DNA-immobilized quartz-crystal microbalance (QCM).
