    Abstract

In the previous paper [J. Crys. Growth 237, 159 (2002)] we considered a two-dimensional coupled map lattice model for melt growth including the Gibbs-Thomson condition. In this paper we introduce a parameter, which represents the strength of surface tension anisotropy. Changing the parameter, we have found that the DBM (Dense-Branching morphology) and the doublon in an intermediate region where growth direction changes from 〈11〉 to 〈10〉.
