Abstract

In order to investigate structure of diblock copolymer thin film, gradient shaved surface was prepared by using Surface And Interfacial Cutting Analysis System (SAICAS). The scanning viscoelasticity microscopic observation of sliced film revealed the alternate lamellar structures with different mechanical properties in the depth direction.
